with instructions. Ornamental iron design in a elegant interpretation of Victorian motif,
an adorable cupid with trumpet and garlands of flowers in a field of ''forged' ' scrolls
that are laser cut from 1/2'' steel plate. Bottom of gate is laminated laser cut steel in
three layers emulating traditional wrought iron broach work or the piercing of iron plate.
Small openings remain, with a layer of detail pattern on each side - featuring a hedge row
of garden flowers. The bottom frame is articulated in a zig zag to compliment the bottom
perforation of growing grass. Overall dimesions are approximately 41 1/2'' x 52'' x
1.63''(frame).

Approximately 41''' wide, the piece has offsets in cutting paths (tool paths) that
are 1/2''. The overall a ppearance is hand forge work. There are no welds in
the part.
OPPOSITE: This piece being cut on the laser. Particular laser used in this
case is a Mitsubishi nitrogen 3600 watt laser> (#3015) The job shop itself cuts a
variety of jobs for manufacturers, mostly aerospace and automotive. With
accurate geometry in hand & full manufacturing layoouts - > the vendor offers cost
competitive rates. The machine can easily cut 1/2'' steel with fine detail, careful
speed control to avoid ''blowouts'' or melted plate failure virtually no clean up
with grinding after part is removed from cutting table.
